moar ticket balloting help!
this time it's for l'arc~en~ciel's cons
deadline for ballots is march 15 (results mar 16)
it's through ticket pia, so already having, or signing up for an account there is needed
payment has to be made at a seven eleven
i only need one ticket for the 28th because zomg old-skool l'arc that day!
