Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!
So I went to my first live show that showcased local bands and I've gotta say that I was very impressed. Most of the bands totally tore it up and there was even one band that freakin' broke into total shredness on several occasions. I had no idea that there were bands of that caliber around here. All I know is that my band is REALLY going to have to get it together if we're going to try and match up to these other bands because they totally kick ass. The only bad thing about live shows is that they're always poorly ventilated and EVERYONE seems to smoke so I smell like an astray right now. The smoke has even permeated my skin so I'm gonna go hop in the shower and then go to sleep.
