Taking a gaming Vacation....
......and dunno when I'm coming back.
As of Christmas day, i've decided to go hang out in my Mom's room, glued to my Playstation which is hooked up there, and playing my brains out on X-Men Legends, my newest vid game.
IT IS ADDICTING @_@ you guys have NO IDEA how addicting that game is....
I'm almost 1/2 way through it too, which is damned nice...
I LOVE Rogue. She's my all-time favorite X-Man, and it's about time she was included in an X-Men game! I kick BUTT with her, she's my strongest character in sheer physicality. She has the most strength points out of all of them, and can hit around 40 with every punch! The other characters who can do that, Bobby (Iceman), Jean (Jean Grey/Phoenix/Marvel Girl). Remy (Gambit), and Alison (Magma) all have special power-up skills to improve their fighting, like adding kinetic damage, fire damage, etc.
But who can resist a southern girl who can fly, throw jet missiles across an aircraft hangar, and can kick so much eema even physical resistant enemies have to watch out for her, because she can still pummel them into the ground (although it takes a slight bit longer)? Not to mention she can FLY, and do some really cool aerial attacks (suicide dives, really, which are still cool cuz they hit at near 70!)
I love Rogue. She's possibly the coolest X-Man around!
Anyway, I'm rambling. My last draft of Circumspect is off to one of my betas, although she said she would have it to me after the holiday. That's ok: I'm in no rush. After this week, it's back to school for me, and back to work on writing (although I am going to dedicate days to doing just X-Men Legends!) I've started the 2nd chapter, and still not sure how I want to handle it, so I can't really go anywhere with it right now. I'll keep thinking about it: most of my best ideas just hit me in the face anyway! I'll keep plugging and chugging away at it, don't worry. The second chapter draft will be put together, however slowly...
Anyway, it's about time this spaced out chick went to catch her beauty sleep. I'll talk to you all later on, ok?
