Momoshiro.

After looking over your training regimen given to you by Inui, I suggested a few changes that I think will benefit you greatly in the near future. Inui will have a set of wrist and ankle weights for you. They will increase in weight by one kg every 7 days.

6:00 - Stretching.
6:30 - Sprints.
7:00 - Breakfast.
7:30 - Precision training on the tennis courts.
8:00 - Rock climbing.
9:00 - A match with me. If you lose, a glass of Inui juice (his choosing.)
10:00 - Weight training.
11:00 - Serve drills.
12:00 - Lunch.
1:00 - Circuit training consisting of racket swings (both arms), sand drills, water drills, and balance drills.
3:00 - Receiving drills.
4:00 - Dinner and personal time to use as you see fit.
6:00 - Another match, stipulations of which are to be determined. If you lose, a glass of Inui juice (his choosing.)
7:00 - 30 laps around the island. If they are not completed within 90 minutes, two glasses of Inui juice.
9:30 - Stretching.
10:00 - Sleep.

It might be a good idea if all Seigaku players do this. Kikumaru, it would most likely build up your stamina once more.
