J Duplicate your base and paste it on top of everything on Soft Light at 100%.
K Use this (by colorfilter). I erased the grey part below the blue stripes and set it to Hard Light at 100%.
L Use this (by lifeisdolce) and set it to Multiply at 100%.
M Layer -> New Adjustment Layers -> Hue/Saturation
MASTER 0, 40, 0
N Paste this (by ?) above everything and set it to Multiply at 100%
