schools now in session...
Yes. I started school today and I must say I really enjoy sacramento city college. I like all the different trees to sit under and relax and I guess I just like the feeling of this school better than the other city colleges I have been to over my college years...har har. Wait a second...could this be my actual college that sticks? That would be fucking sweet!
Anyways, I got a lot of paperwork done today by waiting in the neverending admissions and records lines and also the financial aid line...wow, was that line out the door. But, I should be getting my financial aid money soon and get all my books and other neccessities taken care of very shortly. I have a really good feeling about this semester, it is pretty kick back, but it has it's challenging aspects to keep me interested.
My anthropology teacher is fucking cool. I love him already and the class has just begun. I think anthropology is going to be very fascinating, I'm already hooked into the subject I cannot wait to learn about evolution and the study of a bunch of different things. There is a discussion board where students interact with different questions our instructor puts up. I went into the library and got right on that today. I get to visit the zoo for free and study the different primates there for an assignment, how cool is that? Well, Im excited about it anyway!
My Math teacher...how do I say this..well, why is it that I have the worst luck when it comes to math instructors? Or is it not just me and every math instructor in the entire world is a fucking spaz. Well, I have a math instructor..she is russian, I cant understand a word she is saying, but hopefully it will not be so bad because I am an okay math person..sort of. Haha. Seriously though, wtf?! I just hope I do alright and start understanding what the hell this lady is saying..yep.
So, the first day of school was pretty fabulous and I cannot wait until tomorrow..ENGLISH AND ART?! What more could a girl ask for?! Sooo excited!
