Honeymoon's over

Our wedding was officiated by a very nice lady Justice of the Peace. We then had a big dinner with our closest family and friends at Scouzzi's (formerly Cafe Milano) down at Nacodoches and N. New Braunfels in Alamo Heights.
Jules and I then escaped and fled to Austin for our honeymoon. We spent two nights in two different luxurious hotels, enjoyed Sixth Street, Spiderman 3 at the Alamodrafthouse, and comedians at the Velveeta Room. She even got my named tattooed on her foot with Henna. We also got to spend time with three of my close friends that live in Austin. Of course we also did lots of that special act that is expected on honeymoons... Drinking.
Tragedy struck our home though while we were out. I loaned a friend my car for the weekend. In exchange he was going to drive by our house and feed the dogs. In case of a storm he was to let the dogs into the back room which is seperated from the rest of the house by a sliding glass door. He did not close that door all the way. The dogs got into the house, killed our cats and crapped/peed everywhere.
