It's been a while...
I haven't updated this in some time. I update my myspace account once or twice a month, but I have totally neglected this one. Let's see... Since my last update here I have not changed jobs or done anything awesome. I have bashed in the front of my car. I have gone to the Pick'n'Pull salvage yard and retrieved all the parts to fix it and make it better than it was when I got it. It was about $90 for the parts and the best deal I have found at a body shop so far to put them all on is about $650. That is still way cheaper than not having gotten the parts myself.
I never mentioned in my LJ that on Dec. 20th I bought a dog. He is a big stupid loveable mutt. The humane society named him Fishbone, I usually call him Fish. He is very unique looking as his body is definitely that of a bassett hound but his head in both shape and coloration looks exactly like a doberman's head. He appears to be a dog wearing a mask of a different dog. The neighbors have a mini doberman and their little boy came up to me after seeing my dog and whispered, "Your dog has my dog's head." That mental image cracks me up.
I have lost a lot of weight. When I lived in Virginia from 2003 to midway through 2004 I got up to 290 lbs. Yes, I was a big fat ass. It was GROSS. Now I weigh under 190 lbs. I have lost a hundred pounds and am quite happy. I hit this weight a couple of months ago. I don't seem to be losing anymore, but I am not gaining any back either, so my diet is doing perfect.
