Yeah, I know it will. When it's listed in the show's sites as "Dean's protective amulet", you kinda throw your theories to the wayside. BUT I didn't care about the amulet. I wanted Dean dead and in my world Dean bit the bit one. So yay for me. *claps*

I'm so glad I got the characterization right (which is actually hard when you don't have lines in the story, just mannerisms and actions). Because in my first SPN fic, it was basically "cute brotherly love that ends in buttsex". So...there goes that.

Sam is such a strong character (the show is about him anyways LOL) and I had such a tough time writing the time in between where he digs the grave and where he puts Dean in and puts the dirt over top. I mean, now the scene is about four sentences but it used to be more. But I thought, the best way to get your point across is quick and (hopefully) painless.
