Hm, totally hot, though I wonder: Dean got sliced by the vamp's blade and he had used it before, so there was vampire's blood on it and it came in an open wound, so shouldn't Dean be infected???

No he shouldn't be infected. The vamp used it on the girl after he bit her, meaning her blood was vampiric and all that jazz. BUT...Dean was not bitten by said vampire. And if you remember in Bloodlust, Dean cut/sawed off the head of the vampire in the warehouse or whatever that was when he and Sam rescued Gordon. And the blood had no effect on him, and I'm pretty positive some of the blood got in his eyes. AND I didn't want vampire!Dean so I made sure he didn't get infected by all that. *phew* LOL that was alot.

Yeah, I can totally dig that, I wouldn't want him to be infected either...
Just, in in the s2 e20 the girl mixed her blood with the woman's blood and she turned, so, I really don't know what to think of it...
