Because Meredy has those Craymels! Undine and Maxwell let Meredy heal, and Volt and Rem let Meredy cast Indignation. Undine is water craymel, so she is able to make clean water!

Meredy cannot use Craymels that Keele has, though, since they are not here.

Fine. I'm... not going to pretend I understood any of that, but... It's like magic, right? Those are spells. Or... close to spells.
