Kiefer Sutherland-related things
Time for some 24 commentary! It’s been a while. Firstly, though, I keep seeing ads for ‘Mirrors’ on TV which apparently has Kiefer Sutherland in it and is available to rent from places that rent stuff. Can anyone tell me whether it’s any good? The trailer seems intriguing, but there are plenty of terrible movies with great trailers so I’m still wary.
Back on-topic... 24! For some reason I actually have more to say on the episode from two weeks ago rather than last week’s episode. Cut for spoilers, naturally.

Yeah, that’s it. Actually, I’ve thought of a slightly more insightful (but only slightly, mind you) thing I’d like to say about the most recent episode.
Although he’s dead now, I quite liked having the Jack vs Quinn thing going on partly because it was just nice to see someone who was (mostly) a match for him and partly because it felt a little bit like looking into an alternate universe where Jack went bad a very long time ago - I get the feeling Quinn is/was the man Jack would be if he’d given in to corruption at some very early stage in his career.
Also, you have to love a fight that involves someone tipping a cabin over with a JCB. That entire section, and the hand-to-hand combat bit that followed it, had my friend and I fangirling in a ridiculous way.
I think I may be done now.
