wow, that made me feel like americans are stupid or something and need to be told. lol
I've always thought that america should be grateful that they have the CHOICE to vote or not, and so should act on it accordingly by making an informed choice. We don't have a choice. If we don't vote we get a great big fine. Which leads to lots of "couldn't care less" uninformed voting. :/
