Sunrise. The faint morning light illuminates the shiny green leaves of a field of coffee plants. Stock audio clips of twittering birds play in the background. All is peaceful. Then, a terrible streak of flame across the sky. Dramatic music swells as the mysterious object from space plummets through the sky and crashes into the field with a huge explosion. So many coffee plants tragically killed. But the horror is not over - a panel on the object opens and a sinister, clawed limb emerges.
Elsewhere, a generic male protagonist portrayed by Jim Leadingman interacts with his coworkers in a way that makes him seem likeable. He returns to his office and drinks a cup of delicious Refulgent Sunrise Finest Coffee. His teeth are impossibly white. Action scenes. Legions of stuntmen in face-concealing helmets are slaughtered in order to illustrate the viciousness and lethality of the alien scourge. Leadingman only seems to need to reload when it's time for some witty banter.
