I've been practicing Ju-Jitsu lately, and I am soooo sore because of it. I'm only working up to the actual techniques I need to gain flexibility and endurance, before I actually learn the techniques. It's awesome, though. I'm gonna get pretty sweet at it soon. Getting decent at Ju-Jitsu'll prepare me for when I take Shao-Lin. 8-)

I don't care what anyone says, learning a Martial Art is the best way to get in shape.
