As most of you probably know, I have a weak spot for documentaries. This week I've found one called Child of Our Time from the BBC. It follows 25 children from birth to 20 years old. This is the 8th season (the kids were all born in 2000), and there is a combination of interviews with the kids, and the parents, and other people in their lives (teachers, other relatives, etc), and scientific/social experiments to show how the kids react to various situations and conditions. Heavy in the social analysis, and it's got the potential to be really amazing by the end (in 2020)... I do wonder how many of the participants will drop out by then?
There is a web site for it.
