Just got back from the ER.....
Displaced fracture of 4th & 5th Metatarsal.
Not muhc they can do. They gave me 1 N...something pain killer in the hospital, but it hasn't kicked in too much yet. They wrapped them & the middle toe up, gave me a surgical boot, and a scrip for Vicodin. I already have crutches. Have to keep it elevated & iced for 24 hours.
I'm sleeping downstairs tonight. It's just easier that way.
Poor Ron. It's 12:30am and he's just getting to bed. He has to get up for work at 4am. If goes in late, all his overtime becomes straight time. And if he skips it, he loses the extra time - it will be banked. That sucks.
