Got so much done, and more to do
Being such a nice weekend has its disadvantages as well.
I did so much yesterday by 3:
1. Grocery shopping at 2 different stores;
2. Gasoline
3. Went to pick up my new ring at theJewelry & Coin pawn store, but the jeweler didn't do anything to the stone! It was still in its original setting! And the new setting was in the envelope! He's had it for 2 weeks! So they said they'd run it over to another jeweler down the street to see if it could be re-set right away.
4. Library. Had to type & mail a letter to the Cuyahoga County Probate Court to get a copy of our "long" marriage license.
5. Of course, just as we got home, the pawn store called again. My ring was done. So I had to go all the way back down there. Though they did pay me $25 for my gas.
6. Made scalloped potates for dinner and put them in the fridge.
7. Washed dishes.
8. Cleaned both bathrooms.
9. Washed the blinds in the living room.
And I still had more to go after dinner, including making another Grasshopper cheesecake!
Unfortunately today it doesn't end. I would love nothing better than to just lounge around in jammies all day. But unfortunately I have to get my hair cut, need to go to Target, and if Ron can't get the belt fixed on the dryer, I have to go find a laundromat!
