Project Diary - Day 10

Much better day for Andrew yesterday. I think he may have been down because HE didn’t think he was doing well, with clients. Buaddddddddddddddt he seemed to be in much better spirits last evening. He talked about how fun the group was and we discussed how this job will be great for his personal skills - which have always been lacking.
Worked with A (tech) and three temps to unload individually 500 chairs for the gaming cabinets. It took us four hours! I was soaked. THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANT TO DO FOR A LIVING. THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS HIRED FOR! I’m nearly fricking 50 years old and have had two spinal surgeries and have arthritis in my left hip & knee. Maybe I should’ve taken the other job. At least I’d be sitting in a car for an hour rather than unloading & loading trucks. (This is the 2nd time this has happened in two weeks.) G let us go home at lunch to shower and change, thank God; ‘cause I was drenched due to the humidity.
I’m fricking exhausted, though and am having trouble keeping awake at my desk. Ron’s going to have to pick up Andrew this evening.
Had an unusual little dream last night. Lily was a dark brown wiener dog. Huh? Not our Lily!
Should finish today with my iTouch test, starting today with ‘Time in a Bottle’ (Jim Croce) thru ‘Wanted Dead or Alive’ (Bon Jovi) . Of course not having the iTouch on for ½ the day didn’t help. And I have a few new songs to add to the list. I have at least 75 more songs to go.
