Project Diary - Day 9

Cannot believe this: Andrew is worried he cannot handle his job, already. They’re out in the field several hours every day and all day (11-4) on Saturdays. I understand he’s hot (he has to wear a suit). But that’s the price you pay for having a job, being uncomfortable sometimes. I told him that I sympathized with him, but that the weather will get better and that he will learn how to communicate better - this job will help with that. I also told him if he quits… I’m kicking him out. And I’m not fricking kidding, either. He doesn’t believe me.

Went to the Library last night and sure enough, the book was on the shelf, and the bookmark was in the book. I just pulled it out and opened it up and poof!

Glad I edited my ‘Dress Up Hutch’ story. It needed A LOT of work. Should be posted tonight.

Hot…hot…hot… Checked the temp next week for OKC, 100 fricking degrees all week!

Maybe I’ll finish today with my iTouch test, to see how long it takes to run through all my songs (sans Christmas) in alpha order. Today started with ‘She’ (Elvis Costello) and ‘Time After Time’ (Cyndi Lauper). Nope, didn’t finish.

Saw the most amazing picture of DS (okay, they’re almost ALL amazing) on FB this morning from Roberta. I’ve attached it. I never knew he was a “hippie”! :-D
