Project Diary - Day 2

Andrew went on an interview yesterday afternoon, and then they called back yesterday evening for a more lengthy interview for today. I’ll pick him up at lunch and drop him off and go back to work. I’ll give him my cell to call when he’s done, but it probably won’t be until 7 or so. **UPDATE: It’s now 9 and still nothing from Andrew.
Got to drive one of the new transport vehicles today. We’ve been calling them the “ice cream trucks”. Because they sort of look like a small, modern version of one. Didn’t get any ice cream, though. L
I found this neat website for any Star Wars fans. It’s called ‘52 weeks of Star Wars’. The artist/photographer takes iconic artworks, movie posters, scenes and parodies them for Star Wars. For example, he uses Leia as ‘The Mona Leia’ in Wk 6, and for ‘The Princess with the Pearl Earring’ in Week 25. He’s done a movie poster for ‘Back to the Cantina II’ (aka ‘Back to the Future II’). One more trip to the Food Bank, just to stock up the pantry. Going forward I’m going to buy one extra cleaner/paper product and take a box every few months. Those are the things they need the most.
Finished another chapter of the ‘Dress Hutch’ story, but I added another chapter, and then I still have the epilogue, too. I’m worried that Sue might have caused me to create a monster!
Trying to find out how long it will take me to go through all my songs on my iTouch in alpha order. Started today and went from ‘Dancing Queen’ (ABBA) thru ‘Games People Play’ (Alan Parsons Project).
