What a day! Whew!
1. Went through my Zines early this morning to try to weed it down.
2. Visited Best Buy because this is the 2nd phone in 7 months where the microphone has broken, and no one can hear me. Either get a different phone (sell my current one through the buy-back program and they give me 50% credit), or turn it in for repair - again. Haven't decided yet.
3. Had to stop at the grocery store to get the pop I had on raincheck. Ended up buying other stuff, too. Isn't that typical?
4. Started weeding out stuff in the basement. The place we're moving to has a smaller basement, as well. Going to try to sell Kelly's bike and her bedroom set on Craig's List.
5. Took Ron to see the new townhouse I had picked out. Ended up choosing a different one. Put down our deposit and application fee.
6. Ate dinner and drove Andrew to school.
7. Had to drive an hour to fricking North Chicago. Sold my eliptical bike for $125, plus delivery charges. The guy didn't have any way to transport it, so he asked if we could bring it to him. OMG, how do people live like that?! No homes, just apartments, one way streets, narrow streets, parking is limited, and everyone bikes, drives or walks wherever & whenever the hell they want.
8. By the time that was done, we had to pick Andrew up from school!
I think I had an hour to just veg all day.
