This is something I've been meaning to post for the last couple days, but while I was watching last week's episode of Glee (3.08, Hold On To Sixteen), there was something that was said about the Puck/Shelby relationship that was inaccurate from the perspective of criminal law, and as a practicing attorney, that is something that I cannot let go

But yeah, that's one of the issues they show, sending positive messages about all sorts of things that are wrong- glossing over how wrong that relationship was & even suggesting that not only was Puck the man for scoring with the hot teacher but doing so helped him grow as a person- lost count of how many times I went WTF during that SL, & had I not been having problems with my internet connection, I'd have tweeted the show about that line being wrong right when it happened. (Could also have been interesting to have been a fly on the wall of Idina's trailer & see just how many facepalms, headdesks, spit-takes, WTFs, grumbles about being brought back for that, & so on happened when she was going over her lines...)
And then all the other messages- Santana's outing, the way Quinn's breakdown was treated dismissively as if it was almost just that time of month or something, that only some kinds of bullying are wrong, & sexism in general (BTW, I came across a line from someone who was going to try to compare Finchel to the relationships from Twilight [gag], but I lost track of it.)
Hope you didn't start watching Glee again with this week's episode if you didn't end your boycott earlier, because it was just plain awful.
Hope your week is going well.
