House update.
Met with the real estate lady today. She was very nice. She said that the house didn't need much work other than a good cleaning and de-cluttering. Maybe some new carpeting in the hall. Much better than I thought. She didn't think I needed to do much painting. Sweet! I have the yard done, other than mulch. I need to plant some grass seed and put some flowers out. The house is at the point that it's time to put things into storage. Her highness has a lot of work to do. She's got to go through all her junk and decide what she's keeping. The good news is that the agent said that the house should sell really quick. There's only 2 houses in the area within my house's price range. I'm trying to stay hopeful that I'll be able to make enough money to break even on the divorce(minus the monthly child extortion fee of course). XOXOXO to my friends.
