sicky sick sick
Blech.
I feel like shit. I think I'm getting sick, which sucks because I go back to school in less than 2 weeks and I need to find a job and instead I'm lying here feeling like I could puke. :(
So, more fun news! I got my first ticket for speeding yesterday. 189$. I was on the service road, about to get on the highway, so I was going 80 kmh, but technically it was a 50 kmh zone. The cop didn't mind that everybody both in front and behind me was going just as fast, but I don't blame him for doing his job. After all, if somebody was 30 kmh over the speed limit in a residential zone I'd be furious. At least I'm not one of THOSE drivers. I don't go that fast, especially not in those neighbourhoods.
Unfortunately, this ticket comes at a time when I have no job and no money, which means Lorna has to pay it for me. Needless to say I feel like a total asshole for that, but I'll have to find some way to repay her. She's only just gotten a job and now she's stuck cleaning up my big stupid badly-timed mess. Sigh.
In other news, I find myself unable to a) stop loving Better Off Ted (available on ihearttvshows, just saying) and b) quell my RPing urge. I rarely have the time to sit down and actually plan a thread with somebody, yet what little time I do have seems to mostly consist of threading in Milliways, sometimes with pups I don't even want to thread with!
Oh, and Shatter is still veeeeeery slow but I can be patient. Totally.
