Yesterday I got back from Orlando with Scot and Amy. Bright Eyes and The Faint were incredible. I've seen Bright Eyes before, and they were amazing this time as well. They played mostly Digital Ash and a few other songs from previous albums.
The Faint was the greatest live band I've ever seen in my life. The energy in that room was overwhelming with the whole crowd dancing and singing and projector screens with videos that corresponded with the music. I was so worn out after their set, but I didn't want it to stop. I think I'll be going to see The Faint again and again....and again.
I met Lauren's friend Lauren from Louisiana last night. She seemed really cool. Apparently I'm going to the mall with them and some other friends in a little bit, so I'd better get ready.
