[Yori puts the the tray of chicken soup down beside the bed and makes her friend lie back down]

Thats better. You should be in bed until your wounds are somewhat healed. If you keep moving

[Laying in bed, Yuuki looks disgruntled, staring at the soup with an unhappy frown on her face.]

Mou~~ I-I'm FINE! It's not like I'm sick or anything, just a little banged up.

[She made a fist, as though to prove that she was fine, and instead cringed when the action sent a pain through the many scrapes and cuts marring her arms. Although her cheeks were a bit bruised and scratched, along with rest of her body, Yuuki knew it wasn't those wounds she was most worried about. Shifting uncomfortably, the one in her side ached, and she sighed.]

I don't even like chicken soup. Isn't chocolate supposed to be soul food...?

[A bit louder, she protested her friends words. Yuuki knew Yori felt guilty, about what had happened. It wasn't because of her though. She wanted her reassured of that.]

I was just stupidly careless [she muttered, voice a bit more quiet.]It wasn't your fault, Yori-chan. Don't think about things like that

[Yori paused at the door at Yuuki's protests]

Yuuki-chan...

[She turns to face her friend.]

You should be more careful outside... You look like a mummy covered in bandages right now and I know they all hurt! I saw that cringe.. If Zero hadn't been there...

And chicken soup is good for people who are injured. Maybe some chocolate later then.

[She looks a bit confused at Yuuki telling her to not leave the house without an escort.]

But the fog is gone Yuuki-chan. I'm sure I can find my way to the Pharmacy and back without getting lost. I only got lost then because the fog was too thick to see through.

...Are you worried about the person who attacked you still being out there?

It...I don't know, if that individual would be...out and about right now. If something happened though, Yori-chan...I don't know if I'd be able to forgive myself. Don't you think it's safer, to just stick together? Especially in a place we don't know very well...

Yes, it probably is safer to stick together. This city seems a lot more dangerous then I thought it was...

Yes...b-but really! You don't have to worry about me so much. You know, I've been trained to fight, Yori-chan! Rijichou can be a bit eccentric like that I guess. If I'd been able to see, things might have been easier. These will all heal, too. So don't look so gloomy!

It would be nice to have a normal, regular Halloween here in the city.

Oh! It is almost Halloween.

It would be nice. Although after the fog night, I'm not sure running around in the dark in costumes is such a good idea..

Yeah, I wonder about that here in the city, too. Or rather, I'm kind of hoping the deities don't decide to curse us ON the actually date of Halloween. Something like that might be just a little bit scary...

That would be fun! I wonder how much candy we could get!? Ohohoho, we could make it a race, with Zero!

Not too many people back home celebrate Halloween, so I bet everyone would have a blast. It sounds like something Rijichou would enjoy.

I'll bet there are lots of places to pick up costumes and things like that here in the city!

[Giving a placating sigh, she conceded slightly.]

Though I suppose people might stare. I'd have to wear something beyond a skirt, and my face is pretty bandaged up. I suppose they'd all think I was in one of those stadium fights, that I keep hearing about.

I'm glad none of us are in there.

Going out today would be hard for sure Yuuki-chan. Maybe another day would be possible?
