OK FOCUS! FOCUS!!!!
Today was a Goal Setting Workshop
Personal Development Goals:
I want to become a published author or a screenwriter.
I want to be a sales trainer at the level of Zig Ziglar or Dale Carnegie.
I want to develop a professional sales course at university level to elevate the status of salesmen worldwide.
I want to be recognized internationally for my ability to make Islam accessible for all people; I want to provide radio and television dawah programs.
I want to learn more about the various schools within Islam, including memorization of the Qur'an and authentic hadith.
I want to be successful in my own business and be trusted to help people achieve professional goals whether it be through immigraiton or personal training.
I want to speak Tagalog and Arabic fluently.
I want to be loved and respected by everyone I know based on my ability to give into the relationships I am in.
I want to completely purge myself of irrational anger.
I want to be able to travel to multiple countries and share that experience with my daugher while she is young.
I want to learn culinary arts and compete in Hell's Kitchen or another culinary reality show.
I want to manage my time more efficiently and eliminate waste from my life.
Top 3 to complete within the next year:

I need to do this as fast as possible because it is the only way I can become successful and move on to the next stage in professional development. I know that I waste a lot of time and procrastinate on many things. The sooner I delete this methodology from my life, the better off I will be.
I want to completely purge myself of irrational anger.
My inability to control my frustration and anger has plagued my for most of my life. It has cost me friendships, relationships, jobs and continues to threaten the happiness of my life. I MUST get this under control and dominate my mindsets so that I can be a better husband, father, son, brother, friend, co-worker, boss, etc. My life will not be completely happy without this change.
I want to be successful in my own business and be trusted to help people achieve professional goals whether it be through immigration or personal training.
This is ultimately my chosen profession, to help people achieve thier goals and to earn a good income along the way. I want to continue doing charity work and have that complete a lot of my time but I cannot do that without a solid income source and this method allows me to earn a good living, apply my ability to help people and be creative all at once. It liberates me from all the things I dislike in working for other people and yet truly allows me to work FOR other people in creating new futures and breaking them free of the same things that have plagued my professional development. I can allow people to start new lives and this will allow ME to start a new life.

A nice house in NC for my family
Comfortable car for long road trips

Fishing boat
Halal gourmet restaurant providing fusion dishes to combine traditional Arab and Pakistani cuisine with American and Asian foods.

Perform Hajj with Aishah and Shamsa and my parents
Send my daughter to the college of her choice
Take trips to various countries around the world
Go to Culinary school
CREATE
Books on sales professionalism
Free books to teach Islam to people on a moderate setting
A community for Filipino Muslims which is completely self-sufficient through agriculture and other means which cannot be exploited or corrupted.
A house in the Philippines with rental facilities in the lower floors to continually create income for Aishah's family.

By doing this quickly I'll be able to promote myself as an expert and get more respect and recognition to sell more training programs.
Free books to teach Islam to people on a moderate setting
This project will condense all the research that I've already done in my radio show and will establish my name somehow within Islamic circles to generate donations toward larger dawah projects.
A house in the Philippines with rental facilities in the lower floors to continually create income for Aishah's family.
I will be fulfilling a promise, a very important promise. It will allow me to finally feel that I have given back to her family and have secured them for a long time to come so that when Aishah and I go to the States they will have something positive to remember me by.
Financial Goals
Within the next 90 days I will earn at least P30,000 per month.
Within the next year I will earn at least P100,000 per month
By the end of next year I will have purchased a lot and begun construction of the house mentioned above.
Before I return to the USA (less than 5 years) I will be earning enough to have saved up $20,000 to make the transition back to the USA comfortable.
After returning to the USA I will build myself back up to earn more than $3000 a month within the first year and by the end of five years I will be earning $100,000 per year.
