dont you hate reality? we all go about our lives peacefully - until someone splashes cold water on our faces and we awaken to see that our lives - however peaceful - can be shattered so easy. Take terrorism. Our main concern only a few years ago, was to walk down that street and make it home without being attacked by a mugger or rapist. Then someone blows up a building or two, and suddenly we are looking at everyone as if they are strangers. Walking thru an airport isn't a casual stroll to say goodbye to a loved one, its a task just to be let past the halfway point.
While life as Samantha isn't as terrifying as that - and the cold drops falling on my face aren't as problematic as world hunger - i still hate reality.
