I laid down on the ground
and waited for the clouds to change
from shape to shape
and then they changed into a song for me

then they met up with the moon
and formed a lovely tune
and they harmonized all night
with the stars

and their melodies
they comforted me

then I picked myself up
and I held my head high

that the stars are on my side
