everything just seems so petty and unimportant. everything but the people who are alive and breathing and in my life.
never take life for granted. never take people for granted. keep in touch with people you care about. let them know that they matter. you don't know when you might be talking to them for the last time.
this morning I was told that my mother passed away.
I don't even understand it. I can't understand that sentence. all I know is that nothing NOTHING matters besides the living, breathing people I know and love and the fact that I also am living and breathing.
