Why can't I get a decent pair of perscription sunglasses?
Because practically no-one does them with a power greater than -4 (I have -6). I was hoping for something like this but it looks like I'll have to settle for these as they can't make me curved lenses. They won't protect from light from the sides :(
I have 2 alternatives:
1- The optician may be able to put their own lenses in as they are an official Oakley dealer. The downside is that the lenses will be made by them and the majority of the cost is for the lenses as the quality is very important.
2- Inncubus helped me look into other companies who may be able to help. The downside is that they are all American. This would make returns awkward in case the curved lenses did distort my vision (a few sites claimed to test lenses for this).
Any comments/ideas?
