swing and sway, she leads the way into a love hangover

Jim is leaving for Cornerstone today. I'll see him in a week, we're getting a cottage for Labor Day weekend. He's been an absoloutely wonderful person to be around lately, I'm excited for him. I couldn't go with the rest of the family to his orientation because I have work today.
I begged my parents to get an exchange student, and they were actually considering it, but now our cousin coming to stay with us. I'm glad, I just wish my mother would relax, it's all making her nervous. She's terrified of crowding her space, or offending her in some way. She's been telling me of all these really ridiculous (and unnecessary) adjustments that she thinks I need to make. I think she wants to make our home just like my cousin's home. She's nineteen, I'm pretty sure she's ready for something different. Why would she want to come here if it's just like home?
Anyone taking philosophy? I'm real excited about that class. I have two friends taking philosophy at KCC as well, and they've promised to tell me all about it.
So it's been quite a summer, I definetly worked a full time job. I know I'm supposed to look back and feel like I really achieved something. Think about the money in my bank account. But honestly, I wish I had had more time for friends this summer. Sometimes I just wished there were more hours in a day, so I could make everyone happy.
Have a lovely day and a lovely weekend!
