So Like ya, the last few days have been rather busy....
Thursday and Friday I was up at 0400 since I had to go to MEPS each day. I would have finished thursday, but they had to check out my knee so that way they could know that it is healed and that I am good for Boot Camp. Problem is, the Orthopedic Surgeon was not there on thursday since he was in surgery. So, I had to go back friday. Friday however, everything went fine, the surgeon said I was good to go. Filled out my paperwork, singed my contract, took my first oath of enlistment and its all good. If I do not get NROTC, then I will be leaving 13 Jun 2005 for Parris Island, South Carolina for Marine Corps Boot Camp.
Today I was supposed to go Rappelling, Rock Climbing and just otherwise having myself a grand ole fun time, but however the one time that I actually do not want it to rain and thunder it does. Oh well, it got changed so that we will try it again 2 weeks from today.
I finally talked with Brit for the first time in a coupla days today, and we talked for awhile (YAY). We were unable to hang out last Thursday (frowns) but (crosses fingers) with any luck I might get to see her for a coupla hours tomorrow. For awhile I was worried, but I talked with her about all that today and so everything is back to normal.
Nothin Much more to talk about So I think I will try to update my other journals using this same stuff.
