Dear Hollister,
I was very pleased to be notified about the new Hollister opening @ Lakeside Mall in the spring. I am not at all happy about you no longer giving me a $20 gift card, for every $250 I spend. I am also unhappy about not receiving 15% off in my birthday month! You say that I am going to “dig” your new program… let’s just wait and see about that one. I will be very upset if my 3,267 points go to waste! Thanks for the last minute warning, and I seriously hope that your “new” program is as “awesome” as you are promising!
