For moderate drinkers, alcohol does not suppress food intake, and
may actually increase appetite. Chronic alcohol consumption
appears to have the opposite effect. Alcohol causes euphoria,
which depresses appetite, so that heavy drinkers tend to eat
poorly and become malnourished.

Incidentally, I lost five pounds somewhere between Thursday night
and Saturday morning.
Ta da! Heavy drinker!
Maybe it wasn't all the drinking, maybe it was just all the
dancing.
My biggest alcoholic beverage consumption mistake: St. Ides.
This is a "high gravity malt liquor". It comes in a 24 fluid
ounce can. And there's a picture on the can of a pit bull eating
another can. Presumably, a can of St. Ides.
Naturally only someone who is stupid enough to drink rubbing
alcohol is stupid enough to drink a beverage that comes in a can
with dog eating another can.
But Saturday and on has been pretty innocent despite more
opportunities to drink St. Ides.
My goal today is just to see Kill Bill Vol. 2.
THEND!
