After a facebook prod to Brett, I finally got a response out of him:
"Hi Mary... I did not see it yet. I am heading a national conference here and have been working day and night. My personal inclination is to close the book on HepsTrack, but will keep it open and/or hand it off if you are interested. I simply no longer have time."
I don't know what I want to do - I could feel my heart fall within my chest. Honestly, I feel the obligation to at least keep it going through conference championships for cross country (11/1) but I don't know how much further I can personally sustain doing this by myself. Should I continue for the rest of the academic year and then kinda close up shop over the summer? Previous attempts of asking for outside assistance from the viewing public has not yielded any results, so I don't know if another attempt will be worth it. There is this one college kid who has helped in the past who I have reached out to to see if he wants to help out on some side stuff this fall, but with him being in college, I don't know how much other support he could be able to provide.
I don't know what to do, and I don't know who I can talk to about this.
EDIT:
Today's horoscope: "Your friends are your source of stability today. However, there is still a bit of fog between you and reality, challenging you to watch your step so you stay on track. As long as you keep your goals simple, you can rely on your intuition to guide your way. Attempting to carry out several tasks at once might leave you floating around in the space of your own dreams. Eliminating unnecessary distractions enables you to smoothly sail along to your destination. "
Hmmm....
