Azulon's Death:
Although her father-in-law is kind of a huge dick, I don't think that his assassination was all Ursa's doing. I'd definitely put Ozai at fault for at least some of it, whether he did it himself and framed Ursa, or the two worked together and then Ozai let her take the blame.
Bending:
Maybe? To me, she seems like the type of person who would rather talk things out than set fire to everything. I suppose that if she were a bender, she wouldn't use it that often anyway, unless her babies were in danger or something.
But if she weren't one, it would explain why Zuko wasn't a very good firebender at first --- He didn't have his parent teaching him like Ozai was teaching Azula. Then again, bending parents/relatives aren't necessarily required to train their children.
Post-Banishment:
She most likely went somewhere in the Earth Kingdom after being banished, unless she really wanted to adjust to the cold climate or live in an Air Temple all alone, lol. I'd like to assume that she brought a few things with her, a picture of her children at the very least.
In her new Earth Kingdom home, she probably worked in some village, maybe something relating to child care? And of course, she would feed Turtle ducks whenever possible (They remind her of Zuko ♥ ). And eventually, she moved to Ba Sing Se and momsquealed when she found out about the Jasmine Dragon being run by her brother-and-law and her bb.
I don't think that she would remarry and have a new family though, especially if she still cared for Ozai. No new son/daughter could ever replace Zuko or Azula, but maybe caring for Earth Kingdom kiddies would temporarily fill the hole in her heart, until she and Zuko reunite.
Urzai:
They have their disagreements, but I think they love each other. Though I'm not sure how she'd feel after being banished...

Favorite animal, for sure. And as I mentioned, they probably remind her of Zuko.
