...I had an accident. Zhey are taking longer to heal zhan I zhought.

Oh dear! I hope it wasn't too serious. Where are you? I should come have a look at you right away!

[once he makes sense of those coordinates... he doesn't really know how to use his PCD yet]

[She'll be sitting on the front porch of the house, waiting for his arrival and bundled up from head to toe with an umbrella keeping what little light there is off of her.

As for where her eyes should be, her head is wrapped in gauze.. and the spots over the eyes are a little bloody, giving her a rather disturbing look.]

[After a little delay and with the help of his flowers, he eventually arrives at her house. He stops a bit when he sees her, then rushes over.]

This is much more serious than I'd thought! How long have you been injured?

[huntressrip]

[The scent of flowers reaches her long before he does. Once she hears the question, she tilts her head.]

Veeks now I zhink. Zhey are not... healing.

Weeks?? [and can't help scolding her a bit as he frets over her] Why haven't you seen a doctor earlier? I'm going to remove your bandages now for a better look. Is that alright?

[huntressrip]

[There's a faint frown as she hears him fretting.]

I did not zhink I needed it!

[Rip let him remove the bandages. What lay beneath them was a rather gory sight. Her eye sockets were empty and showing signs of trauma where the eyeballs had been literally ripped out of their place. The two gaping wounds showed little sign of healing so far and definitely no signs of any form of regeneration properties.

In other words, this was something that was going to take a long time to heal... and the loss of eyesight was very permanent.]

But it's been weeks!

[He studies the wounds gravely. There was no way he could do anything to restore her sight...] I'm afraid this is not going to heal, Miss.

[His words brought dread to the huntress as she felt her heart sink.]

...Pleaze tell me you are joking.

... I'm sorry. But... the damage that's been done is much too extensive.

[Rip let it sink in. If she could still cry.. she would.]

I'll help you clean it up now and heal your wounds. Let's go inside your house.

[That got a raised eyebrow. He had seen.. worse. She wasn't sure if she felt better or worse.]

[Rip got to her feet and found the door. Soon she was leading the way. Her footing was slow, but she seemed to know the path well enough. Soon she was sitting at the table, waiting for him to get started.]
