Penguin A-uariam
Crazy week in Japan.
Monday:
Went to a place called Chris's Pizza where 30 people gathered, french, american, japanese, chinese to celebrate our friend's birthday. that night, for 3000 Yen (30 dollars) it was all you could eat and all you could drink. I think I had 9 beers. Back home around 11.
Tuesday:
Kunchi Festival! This is one of japans most famous festivals. I went with my friends Dan, David, and Hua. I took a bunch of good pictures of various dances, and spent a ton of money at the street vendors.
Wednesday:

Thursday:
Kunchi Festival! This was the final day of the festival and I went with 7 Chinese girls. Since we went at night, only the street vendors were open, but I had a good time nonetheless.
Friday:
Nomihoudai! (All you can drink) This night I went to a restaurant with my french friends, where one of their ffreiends who had studied in france for the past year worked, and so they were able to order in french (a rather odd experience, but very enjoyable). 7 of us gathered and ate and drank for 4 hours or so. At 130, we decided to make our way to Sparkle, a very odd name for a club, but one that is very friendly to foriegners. Unfortuneatly it was a slow night, so we literally brought the entire party. But because of this, and because I had become friends with the bartender, we were allowed to play DJ, that is, plug our ipod into the clubs sound system and play whatever we liked. Eventually more people came and things got a bit more active. We left around 430, and I got home at 5. Due to Taxi and the two venues, I spent maybe 65 dollars.
Saturday:
Hung over. Yeesh. Finally felt better around 630, which was conviently when I was going to go out to a bar, where, for 20 dollars you got 3 drinks and entrance. There was live music provided by a bunch of different muscians that play at my school (Nagasaki gaigoku daigaku) as well as a karaoke competition. I joined together with my friend dan and sang Bon Jovi's It's my Life. At 1145, we split, and my self and the french made our way to another bar, and we were eventually met up by the muscians. Didnt get home till 3.
Sunday:
Today! haven't left yet, but today Im going to a penguin a-uarium. Then to the beach to relax all day. I didn't use the letter that is pronouncedd "kue" becuase this keyboards has exactly one key broken. Guess which!
