labor day
on which I do nearly nothing at all. chris and i took the low road. it was almost like being on the honeymoon again, reading next to each other. i finished the 3rd wheel of time, chris the 2nd, and we baked bread. i did the chocolate tea bread (which didn't have any tea in it), and chris did the french bread destined for feeding swans in city park. she's in the other room, being radiant and watching "The Corpse Bride." That movie, I like it a lot, but the themes of being married and loving another woman, even in the present incarnation, are just wrong enough to make me uncomfortable. sipping a new zealand red blend and reading some fanfic over again. so much reading recently. school and for fun.
