Okay, best criminal law case ever.
The accused was charged with armed robbery. Basically, he popped down to his local shop with a crossbow that he'd purchased earlier (as you do). He was all, "Mate, it's not what I wanted; can I have my money back?" The shop assistant says no, refunds come in store credit only. The accused uses the store credit to purchase a shotgun, and then what does he do?
He points the gun at the shop assistant and asks for his money back, of course. And he got it.
And the best part is that he couldn't be charged with armed robbery because he didn't act dishonestly - that is, he believed he had a legal right to get his money back.
