Togashi tends to be a fan of some mangaka I hear. Mostly Junji Ito. This one looks like he took it from Hidamari Sketch.
As for the manga, it'd be pretty cruel to kill Alluka after such a short time. Either Killua will leave Gon or all three of them can travel together. Who knows after this?
Cool, I didn't even notice that! It really looks like it, indeed. ^^
I really can't imagine how it will continue either, so that's why I'm asking for more ideas. I don't want Alluka to be killed, but I don't want Killua to leave Gon either...! Killua must have some kind of plan to make it all work out, because his determination to heal and protect Gon was so strong before... I can't imagine him just throwing that all away and leaving...
I love the idea of Alluka living with Mito-san! That'd be a great solution! <3 I also think that Alluka would have to lose the ability in order to become free and live a normal life. But how? I'm not sure if it'd be posible to just wish it away. And wishing it would indeed mean that Killua would have to deal with the three requests resulting from healing Gon, but I can't imagine those being very easy... I wonder if they can't do anything about the ability /before/ Alluka starts making requests again...
I've been adoring the recent chapters. So much action and insight with the Zoldycks and butlers, it's kind of like heaven on earth.
As far as the butlers go, I'm really starting to get involved, and now with this chapter, I'm wondering if I should stop. Buh. Gotoh was an amazing character, daddy to Killua like Leorio has been daddy to Gon. I knew it wasn't going to end well the moment he decided to take on Hisoka himself, and I'm worried about how Killua will react to the knowledge that the moment he ran, one of the butlers he asked to come with him was killed by Hisoka's hands. At least he got to be pretty bad ass before the fight ended. That puts him right up there with Kite.
Hisoka is pretty much always on his own side, which is what's so interesting about him. He's probably helping Illumi by dealing with the butlers, but he's also dealing with the butlers because they're Zoldyck butlers. I imagine he might have wanted to test them out for himself. It's not really helpful to Killua though as he let the one butler that's been the

Oh, that's right! Killua was the one who asked for Goto to come with them! I totally forgot about that, but realizing it now makes it even more sad. He'd probably blame himself for it if he finds out.
That reminds me, what the heck is Illumi doing right now? Wasn't he with Hisoka before? I can't imagine him just sitting around and watching as all of this is going on... Could he perhaps be going after Killua or the other butlers?
Ah, I already thought that the way he acted towards Alluka was kinda out of character for Killua, but it totally makes sense if it's some kind of act. I just hope it'll all work out in the end, and that there won't be too many casualties...
Which is what I'm worried about. ;; It really is his fault, though not directly, and while I'm sure he puts Gon and Alluka above the butlers, Gotoh and Canary especially are important to him as people who both understand how the family works and are trustworthy
