Well, this one was fuuuun. C'mon, you gotta admit it. There are few mangaka out there with the guts to do that.
+ Palm's ability was finally explained in a way that is actually understandable. These characters are all video games, seriously. I love it.
+ Palm also managed to outstrategize Killua. The poor guy still thinks too practically without seeing all sides of the picture.
+ Killua made another friend. Another friend who has tried to kill him. This could be good or bad, really. It's certainly an interesting habit, one that he doesn't actually share with Gon. I think Gon's way of thinking is probably what sparked it, but Killua and Gon are starting to develop their own separate philosophies, instead of Gon not having any at all and Killua just going along with whatever Gon has decided.
Our little boys are growing up.
+ That face Palm made after Killua said you don't need to thank friends surprised me. I wonder if Killua's having the same effect on her as he did with Ikarugo, just on a smaller scale, or if she's actually a little disturbed by his assertion.
+ Neffie made another awesome crazy!face.
+ Also, Komugi!Pouf was extremely disturbing. But what about him isn't? Somehow, someway, he is definitely going to be his own downfall.
+ And finally, the moment we were all waiting for and kinda-sorta-but-not-really expected. The two page spread of DOOM. According to Pitou, Kite is dead for good. Because of Gon. I'm not sure I even want to imagine exactly what Gon's reaction in the next chapter will be. Insane rage or utter defeat or something completely different. I don't really want to imagine Killua's or Palm's reactions either, if Palm figures out the gravity of the situation.
+ That last panel with Kite, dammit. "I'll leave it with you." That was painful, the perfect end.
+ Togashi-sensei does need to work on drawing corpses though. I know he can do it. He just ... doesn't.
