Question...
For all my video-making friends out there....
My son loves to make videos. He does this crazy thing where he takes his computer and opens up all these tabs with different photos and videos. Then he takes the ipad and uses it to record as he flips back and forth between all these tabs. It's kind of impressive how he remembers which tabs are what (he'll have like 30 tabs open). I want to get him a program for either his ipad or a computer that he can use to edit videos instead of doing it this way. Any thoughts on what is really good? I'm not looking to spend a lot of money since I'm not sure he'd actually use it, but something basic that can get him started on how to make realy videos. It seems to be a passion of his and I would love to help him explore it more. He generally does these crazy crossovers of cartoons (Ie: The Dinosaur plot except with the Aristocat characters. He is his Mama's boy :P I did Dinosaurs with J2 a few years back. I was rather amused to see him doing Dinosaur with other characters... )
Help please! I think I would prefer a program for the computer rather than the ipad because while his ipad and laptop are both ancient, I think we'll be getting some new computers for xmas from family members and even if he doesn't get a new laptop, he would certainly be getting a new hand me down...
