Emotions

In Geography class I was talking to a few of my friends and we ended up talking about what we do when we're really angry or sad. My friend Dylan likes to climb up to someplace high, like his roof or a tree. Megan sits in a corner, alone in her room and mopes about whatever happened. I personally like to be alone in the house, turn some music on extremely loudly and dance around like a maniac. Kinda weird but I find that the energy I put into my dancing makes me loosen up and forget/forgive what happened that day. Considering my taste in music, it's kinda weird.

So, it made me think of different responses I, and others may, have to certain emotions. When I'm lonely, I write. When I'm happy, I sing. When I'm upset/sad, I dance. When I'm confused, I fence. I have a pretty good idea of what my induvidual friends do, even if they aren't aware of it. My questions is, what do you guys do? Try to notice if you have a pattern of behaviour for certain situations!
