Alia has been selectively retconned in regards to the iX plot that occured back during the summer of 2005.
She has been given a smaller role, and certain things have been entirely taken out. She did not go after iX and Maverick Zero alone with Lumine, but she did download the original programming done to awaken cmX's consciousness which was done in rockworld, etc, etc. If you need details, feel free to ask.
I am going ahead and selectively retconning/rebooting Alia to a point to which I feel I can play her comfortably.
