*Yawn* So tired...

So begins...another entry...

My favorite thing to do on Saturday mornings is to sleep until at least 10 and then lay in bed reading til like 1 in the afternoon. This morning though, I had no such luck. Phone call after phone call penetrated my poor sleeping little head, and sleep was almost impossible. As I ran downstairs for like the 23rd time to answer the phone, I wondered: WHO COULD POSSIBLY BE CALLING THIS TIME?! I grabbed the phone and looked at the caller ID. "Fluck, Richard", it said. Yes. Dick Fluck. Dick Fluck (whoever he may be) was calling my house. Did I answer it? NO! I laughed my head off! I was hysterical! It was truly, the highlight of my day. Aw man! What a name!
So then I vaccuumed, cleaned the bathroom (ugh), and took all of my stuff upstairs. You see, my mom was hosting a "Stitch-and-Bitch" (a.k.a my mom and her sisters getting together to gossip, drink tea, and sew, knit, or crochet) with all of her sisters that afternoon, and since my parents had gone to breakfast, they left all of the pre-company house cleaning to me. Just call me Cinderella. So by the time I had gotten in and out of the shower and was walking around in my towel looking for clothes, my aunts had begun to arrive. "Oh, hey!", I said "Come on in! Just gimme a sec and I'll be down!" Answering the front door in nothing but a towel isn't the greatest experience in the world. I ran upstairs, threw on dirty jeans and a t-shirt, ran back downstairs, took my aunt's coat, and attempted in keeping up a conversation with her until my parents got home. Finally they did, and they took it from there.
By then it was 2:00 and I still hadn't eaten breakfast. I made myself a sandwich and finished getting ready. Then I watched TV. Then I had pizza for dinner. Then I watched more TV. Then I went online. And here we are.
So ends yet another boring Saturday! If you had dealings somewhat similar to mine this weekend, call me! And we'll do something next weekend to avoid further boredom!
Ta'ta'! -B
