Anything by jedibuttercup is uniformly excellent. Here are all her Firefly stories on AO3. (Fair warning, she writes a lot of crossovers, but she's really, really good at making unlikely fandoms play well together.)

I know honorh wrote a Doctor Who/Firefly crossover several years back, which I remember enjoying. Um. *hunts link* Aha! Out of Joint, from 2007.

Other than that, I got nothing, sorry. Firefly is not really one of my fandoms.
