Setting aside all of the hostile demons that might attack us in our weakened states, I think there's a lot to be gained from this experience! The Netherworld is such a violent place, so it might do us some good to practice solving our problems in a peaceful manner. After all, it was to avoid such huge rampages that Gensokyo agreed to more non-violent methods of conflict resolution in the first place.
Alternately, I suppose you could all use it as an opportunity to attack people who are normally more powerful than yourself. I don't particularly recommend that, though, as I'm sure they'd come looking for revenge when this is all over.
